Lawyer Faces Court over BMW Limo
A lawyer in New Zealand faces a penalty charge which will be handed out by the courts next week if found guilty of his charge. The man who is a defendant in the courts in New Zealand faces the charges after Police looked into his outgoing expenditure which he had been giving by a defendant. It was found that the lawyer had used some of the money claiming he needed a BMW limousine to take him to the court which he may get away with. But he had reportedly been hiring the BMW limousine on several occasions around night time with no court to be attending.
The prosecutors are not happy with this and wanted the investigation solved. He has racked up around £1000 in fine charges however the man who is being charged claims he needed the limousine for business matters which will be revealed next week.
